At Nicola Bolton Pilates, movement is more than exercise — it’s about feeling supported and connected to your body. We're here to guide you through it.

We're all about creating a space where movement feels empowering, accessible and FUN. We believe Pilates is for everyone — no matter your age, background, or experience. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or looking to deepen your practice, you're welcome here.

Our classes include contemporary Pilates principles with touches of traditional Pilates touches. With a Diploma in Contemporary Pilates & Teaching Methodology, an Antenatal & Postnatal Certificate, and a background in professional dance, Nicola brings both real world experience and an understanding of how powerful Pilates can be for everyday life as well as for performance and recovery.

After eight years dancing professionally overseas, Pilates became a natural extension of Nicola’s movement journey, which also assisted her in recovering from an ACL injury and returning to fitness. What started as a way to support ballet training when she was a teenager, soon became a passion of hers as an adult — and now, we get to share that passion with our community here in Shepparton, Victoria.

We offer group mat Pilates sessions and private sessions in-studio, with a focus on creating a friendly, encouraging environment where you can move freely, feel challenged, and build strength both physical and mental — even in the smallest movements. And if you've ever thought "Pilates is just stretching," we can’t wait to hear how you feel after class.

More than anything, we want you to leave feeling better than when you walked in — taller, more connected to your body, and proud of yourself for showing up to class.

Nicola also holds a current First Aid Certificate.
