Meet you on the mat!

  • This class incorporates traditional and contemporary pilates movements, with the use of our body weight. This class may also incorporate the use of various props which can be added or modified for your individual level.

    Pregnancy safe.

  • We would love to welcome you and your little one to come along to class!

    This class is for Mum’s (or Dad’s!) and their bubs up to 12 months. If they are moving around, we encourage you to bring a stroller/capsule so they can watch you do amazing on the mat!

  • Our usual pilates class style, with the room temperature set to a toasty 34 degrees using infrared lamps that radiate heat. This adds an extra challenge, more sweat and leaves you with a post workout glow!

    Not safe for pregnant clients.
