  • This class incorporates traditional and contemporary pilates movements, with the use of our body weight. This class may also incorporate the use of various props which can be added or modified for your individual level.

  • Barre is a low-impact workout that focuses on small, isometric movements to tone and sculpt. It is designed to target specific muscle groups, improve posture, and increase flexibility, all while providing a fun experience to the beat of music. This form of movement improves coordination, mind to muscle connection and mobility throughout your body.

  • Our usual pilates class style, with the room temperature set to a toasty 34 degrees using infrared lamps that radiate heat. This adds an extra challenge, more sweat and leaves you with a post workout glow!

  • We would love to welcome you and your little one to come along to class!

    Focusing on your post-partum journey, these classes are gentle and supportive. Focusing on recovery from birth in a group environment where everyone can move at their own pace.

    This class is for Mums and their bubs up to 12 months. If they are moving around, we encourage you to bring a stroller/capsule so they can watch you do amazing on the mat!
