This class incorporates traditional and contemporary pilates movements, with the use of our body weight. This class may also incorporate the use of various props which can be added or modified for your individual level.

We would love to welcome you and your little one to come along to class!
This class is for Mum’s (or Dad’s!) and their bubs up to 12 months. If they are moving around, we encourage you to bring a stroller/capsule so they can watch you do amazing on the mat!
